I'm looking for a new tenant to take over my cozy, fully furnished room in a well-located and peaceful apartment. The room (Room D on the floor plan) is bright and spacious, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light and a beautiful oak parquet floor. It's furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobe, and chest of drawers, ready for you to move in. The apartment is located in a quiet, yet very well-connected neighborhood. It's only a 2-minute walk to the Bümpliz Nord train station and only 6 minutes to the main station, making it ideal for students or anyone commuting to the university.The flat has a comfortable living room with a big TV, a large balcony, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and two bathrooms.
