This is a great, quiet 6-person shared flat located in the popular Gäbelbach neighborhood. Just 5 minutes from the Westside shopping and leisure center and Brünnen train station, and only one minute from the Gäbelbach tram stop.

The flat has 2 bathrooms and a spacious living room with a large shared balcony (rooms A and D have their own private balcony).

The roommates are between 20 and 30 years old — students, interns, or young professionals. We’re looking for people who enjoy shared living and are willing to be active participants in the flat.

Welcome to the Venus of Bümpliz
The song “Venus von Bümpliz” by Bernese musician Bühne Huber is well known across Switzerland. Stuwo suspects that it refers to the striking high-rise buildings in the Gäbelbach district. Huber himself lived in one of these buildings, and the song is often described as an unsolved mystery of Bümpliz. In the lyrics, the “Venus of Bümpliz” is portrayed as beautiful — almost like a church — a majestic building whose colorful windows resemble stained glass when seen from afar. These housing complexes — or “Venus” — accommodate many families and are home to many children – a lively neighborhood. Beautiful? Eloquent? :-)
