Is early termination possible?

Early termination of the rental agreement is generally possible. In such cases, an administrative fee of CHF 300 applies. In addition, a suitable replacement tenant must be proposed at least two months in advance. The proposed tenant must meet STUWO’s admission criteria and be accepted by both STUWO and the existing flatmates. Detailed conditions are outlined in the respective rental agreement.
